Environmental Site Assesment

Evaluating the environmental conditions and potential liabilities associated with a particular piece of land or property.

Phase 1 ESA

We identify potential or existing environmental concerns by reviewing historical property records, aerial photographs, and prior land use. We also inspect the site for visible signs of contamination.

Phase 2 ESA

This process involves confirming and quantifying the presence of contaminants identified by testing for pollutants such as petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and other hazardous substances.

Phase 3 ESA

After identifying contamination, strategies will be developed to remediate or manage identified contamination.

Identify potential liability issues

Our system helps to identify potential legal and financial liabilities, ensure adherence to environmental laws, prevents hidden environmental issues from depreciating property value, and protects public and environmental health by addressing contamination early.
